	Look on the box or call the manufacturer.  Most faxmodems
support both class 1 and 2.  For instance my supra faxmodem box says:
"Compatible with Class 1 & 2 commands"  There are some modems out that
only support Class 1 however.  There also may be faxmodems that only
support class 2.  I have never heard of any though.
