Email please, folks. Sometimes I have to skim csa2 real fast and I don't want
you to think I'm ignoring you (unless I am! :) sorry, couldn't resist that one)
If you have trouble emailing me directly (I originally tried to "r" this and
it bounced locally, not sure why) then maybe we should resurrect the sources
group (after all, the beta files are all sent out as AAF).

Okay, which compiler(s) will you be using? Like I said, it's still all C
source at the moment. (The compiler is just as important as the machine when
you're testing how portable C source code is. Yours sounds like one of the
setups where I expect things to get interesting, so I'm greedy for details.)
