   This happened to me a while ago.  You have 2 or more icons with attributes
similar enough to cause a conflict.  What you need to do is get an icon
editor (DICED is good) and make the filename, application pathname and
filetype as specific as possible.  On my system, the snow (and other
icon troubles) were caused by having two icons assigned to filetype
'anything else'. Later, an icon assigned to type 'S16' with an incomplete
pathname did the same thing.  Hope that helps.  If you don't have DICED,
