The reason it might not of mounted is that the HD probly isn'y suppling term
power. Macs and the Ramfast do supply term power and the Apple Hi Spped does
not. So basically without term power from the adaptor or the device nothing
shows up. As I understand it someone was able to take a hard drive with a
Ramfast and then rehook it up to an Apple Hi Speed with no problems. Don't
remember who it was.
