Information / Anectdotes / How-to tips
from people who somehow manage to engage
in net activity DESPITE lack of $$$.

I am not talking about people who just
happen to be broke this week or this month.

Mostly, I am interested in hearing from
people with poverty level (or not much higher)
incomes who have been able to get on the net.

What sort of computer / modem / software do
you have? How did you get it? What did you
need to do to get on-line with the internet?

What sort of information can you share with
others in similar circumstances who would
like to get net access but can't?

Do you feel enfranchised or disenfranchised?

The BIG question: WHY?
