UniDisk 3.5" QUESTION

Probably I've written personally to some of you who will read this, but 
for those to whom I haven't yet written....
I'm about to pick up a UniDisk 3.5" for my //c (no, you can't know 
where!  It's mine, all mine!   Just kidding)  and I'm wondering two things:
(1)  can I boot from this drive ?

(2)  could I foreseeably plug in, say, an Apple 3.5" drive (yes, you read 
right) into the back of the UniDisk, or would it not recognize that drive ?

(3) will the UniDisk accept HD when it formats to 800k, or must I use 
just DD ?
