Help (Monitor Cable)

Help!  My second gs monitor died... I have a 15.75 hz type monitor with
separate 75 ohm and high end b-N-c connections.... red, green, blue and
sync....

I know this monitor will work with the gs, provided you have the correct
cable from the gs to the b-n-c  connectors... but I have been unable to
source the pinouts for the monitor port...

Has anybody out there got the correct pinouts?  Do you have a suggestion on
the cable config?

Any/all help would be greatly appreciated.... and if you can, please
respond via email, as I am only able to call this sys about once a week...
