Sort of; it probably means you have a weak or near-overloaded power strip
or outlet providing power for all that equipment. Warm starting is usually
not a problem because the worst load is when everything starts cold at the
same time. Each power supply has capacitors in it and the very first thing
your entertainment center tries to do is charge ALL of them to operating
voltage simultaneously ... plus the hard drive is attempting to spin up,
so its power supply is trying especially hard to come up fast (many cheaper
HD case power supplies can barely hack it).
