Apples High Speed SCSI card and my //gs don't get along well... I have
to turn off DMA! Could anyone suggest any possible reason for this
funny behaviour?
Here's some further info.... ROM 01 //gs
high speed scsi in slot 2 (set to my card)
gs ram+ in ram slot.
appletalk is not installed
Could it be that DMA can only be done from slot 7? (as I believe is
true in older //'s) If so, anyone got any reliable methods of
ensuring that my memory card and my scsi card don't short each other?
(there's not much room at that end of the world.)
Thanks...
Calum
