   Well, I was the one who first reported the Control Panel problem,
and I guess I've isolated it. I have found that on my system, I can
do whatever I want, but if I have GSBug installed (v1.6b21 or whatever's
at ftp.apple.com), I cannot get to the control panel. I tested this
by toggling whether GSBug is active or inactive; that was the deciding
factor.

   I'm not sure if GSBug is the most common init floating around, but
a LOT of us programmer types kinda like it, and I'm not about to
kill GSBug just for Tinnies in general.... Anyone want to confirm/
deny this bug report?
