Imagewriter Codes

	I was wondering if anybody out there had, or could tell
me where I could get, the printer codes for an Imagewriter.  I'm
not sure if it matters if it is for an IM I or an IM II.
	I am using a Grappler that converts Imagewriter codes
to my printer's codes, and I need a listing to do some custom
printing.
