Just an FYI, but I think you mean "distribute" or perhaps "disseminate."

All 3200 displayers, with one exception, will have this problem with
the VOC.  This is because the VGC on the VOC is used to generate the
synch signal as opposed to the VGC on the GS motherboard (or something
like that :-).  The long and short of it is the palattes will not be
switched at the proper times, and you'll end up with a jumbled mess
most of the time...
