Yes it will.  Long, with his 15.5 mHz Zip has it running fine.  For my
TWGS, it'll lockup/crash with 15 mHz, but it does fine with 12.5 and
13.75.

Note that ProTERM 3.0 doesn't work well at all at high speed (about 12 or
more).
