HD for Apple IIE

Hi,

I have an apple IIe that I no longer use but would like for
my daughter to use.  I want to give it a hard drive and I
thought I would like to put one together.  I have a 65meg
SCSI drive and I am looking for a case w/power supply for
it AND a IIe compatible SCSI drive card.
 
I would also like to give  the old green monitor a rest and
replace it with a color monitor.

Any suggestions ???
