{How does one get files off of grind through email and be able to check what
{files are there for those that do not have FTP access?

Ditto. I need the binscii also. I am just an e-mailer, and unless you
wish to cater to my every file request :) ... Well, I'd really like
to keep binscii. I have accessed a few "other" ftp-mail servers that
let you request UUencode or XXencode. Binscii on the fly would be nice.
