I know I would! :) There's virtually no game software being written
for the IIgs these days, which is a shame, since it has the built-in
potential to make IBM and Macs look like jokes when it comes to games!
(Compare the GS's 320x200x256 mode to IBM MCGA, as well as FM-music with
1-2 digital voices with the Ensoniq's wavetable music with multiple digital
voices! Okay, speed is lacking sorely, but taking advantage of accelerators
brings the GS up to par). SimCity isn't exactly an animation-intensive
game (ie - like "Doom"), so a port should come out beautifully. I know
I'd buy and enjoy SimCity for my GS! :)

Still, I wonder if we'll ever see it finish or released. I'm still
waiting to see some of Bill's other works, like "Mario Teaches Typing",
"Ultima I", "Castle Wolfenstein 3-D", "Out of This World II" (already
available on one platform), "Bard's Tale III", just to name a few...
I know some of these were finished but not released due to Copyrights
and whatnot, but I'm sure there _must_ be some solution or work-around to
getting these made available! (referring to Ultima & Wolf 3D)
