Place the PN printer option before the/any page number reference in the second
and following files containing the document. You need to use open-apple-K to
determine the number of pages/page numbers of each prior document and add one
to it to start the next document.
 
I am only in my thirties, and I am using a //c, and I feel it is not worth
learning and buying a new system and am satisfied with what I have now. Bless
my heart, your fathers, and the dumped on Apple II. I hope he writes a best
seller!
