  Why not save yourself oodles of problems...write a small DOS 3.3 utility 
that reorder DOS 3.3 sectors to ProDOS block format and use Copy II+ v6.x
to create a disk image on a ramdrive.  Then all you have to do is transfer.
Works perfectly for transferring disk images to my PC for Randy Spurlock's
II+ emulator.
