Apple III ???

I just acquired an Apple III yesterday.

It has 2 external floppies,
a Profile HD (with controller),
a Monitor III screen,
and a universal parallel card (by Apple).

It also has a box the size of a floppy drive
that sound like an external RAM drive (I'm guessing)
since the name on the front says "RAM 320".
The controller card for this device has
the name "Sorcerer" on it. Any clues?

Is this an appropriate group for discussion/inquiries
related to the A-III? If not, which group is appropriate?

Anyone with a A-III care to coach me through some of
the setup & such?

I have a couple IIe's, several II+'s (in varying states
of functionality), and a 386SX-16. I do most of my
computing on my enhanced IIe.
