Question for Bureaucracy-owners

	Hi everyone.  Quick question for anyone who owns Bureaucracy.  Does
the "Welcome to Happitec" brochure, which has info and maps, come with the
game, or was that a hint item from Infocom that had to be ordered separately?
Please let me know if you have any information, as a net-deal hangs in the
balance here.
