One of the resolution it supported is the 640 x 200 x 256 colours from a
palette size of 1/4 million. On this resolution you don't need a new monitor
and it is far better than what we have at the moment. QuickDraw II friendly -
if you mean supported by QuickDraw II - no. It has its way of programming.
But TurboRez can be used in normal desktop application, for example, you can
have a window in 640 mode that display the TurboRez image.
I heard that there is a higher resolution that might be 640 x 400 or 480
which will required a new monitor or flickers on GS monitor. But I am not
sure. Wait for the final specs.
