Re: OctaMED MOD Player, anyone?

I know for a fact that there is at least one MED/OctaMED player for the
*BM clones. Albeit it's not very good, but it does play them. It was
posted to 'alt.binary.sounds.misc' (I think) some months back. I don't
recall its name, since I downloaded it for my brother (who is the one
with the *BM clone) and although it's a curiosity, it's playback quality
is far poorer than any other player I've experienced on either *BM's
or the Amiga. (It was just a beta-version anyway.)

Thus, I'd hazard that it's not impossible to write a MED/OctaMED player
for the IIgs--just a matter of someone figuring out how.

(The player mentioned above also plays Oktalyzer music files (among others).)
