Stefan Voss is probably correct. sciibin does _not_ report any problem
with the xlisp21f files on grind, but I'm not sure how robust sciibin is.
The repost of part 8 on cba2 was corrupt at my site, so I didn't put it
on grind at first. Stefan sent me a second repost via e-mail, but it also
was corrupt. Both reposts are temporarily on grind, but don't use them -
they are truncated and thus corrupt. Stefan will get a corrected part 8
to me asap.

Can anyone verify that part 8 is indeed corrupt? sciibin, gscii, and binscii
all decode part 8 without error, so I'm inclined to think the original post
was OK, but that is only a guess.
