PointLess / TT International Char. help?

I'm use SoftDisk GS's WordWorks Pro Word Procressor. Last week I could use
the foreign chars. via the Option & Option-Shift key, it worked great. Now
I can't get any of the special chars. to show up, the option key is
completely ignored. The Appendix D in PointLess says "Make sure that
Keyboard translation in the GS control panel keyboard options is set to
Standard" Where on earth do you find the word "Standard" in the control
panel? I didn't see it? There is the Keyboard CDV, none of the options
seem to work there. In the APL-CNTRL-ESC methoid, there's the
options/keyboard layout & Display Language, both set to USA.

No programs or inits have been installed that I know of in the System dir.
