I haven't had a close look at ISO/ANSI Pascal definitions, so I can't
comment on how close these compilers come.

I know of three Pascal compilers for the IIe:

Apple II Pascal, from Apple Computer.  This is the only one which is
still available new.  It costs US$69, and is available from Resource
Central.  It is a UCSD Pascal compiler, with its own menu-driven
operating system, including editor, filer, compiler, assembler, linker
and miscellaneous utilities.  The file system is not compatible with
ProDOS or DOS 3.3, but there are programs which can convert TEXT files
to and from Pascal.
The compiler produces an intermediate code called "P-Code", which is
interpreted by the Pascal operating system.
The current version is 1.3.  It includes a complete set of manuals.

Apple Instant Pascal, also from Apple Computer.  This is a Pascal
Interpreter.  It is ProDOS-based.  I don't know much more about it, and
it is no longer available new.

Kyan Pascal.  This is also ProDOS-based, and is a full compiler.  I
haven't seen it, and it is no longer available new.
