GS/OS System Error

Okay, today I have had a big scare and maybe the beginning of a problem.
Powered up my "trusty" Rom 3 Zipped GS and got the following after going thru
most of the loading of inits etc:
GS/OS System Error
Address = $00DB19 LCBANK = $0
error code = $0043
System boots fine with shift boot and I inactivated random init
and system seems to work. This happened with no changes or additions to
operating system.
Any suggestions hints etc would be appreciated.
I also checked expansion memory and that test seemed to run okay.
