You can make the cable yourself. However, having used such a setup, I don't
recommend it. Does 0.41 slotted mask make you shiver? If not, by all means
go ahead.

Yes, certainly. They just have to have RGB analog and support 15.75 kHz,
which is the same frequency old Amigas used.

The Nec 2A works fine, and has a much neater picture. You may find other,
now defunct syncs that can go down to 15.75, look at the specs for them.
