Well when people ignore polite requests it gets harder to be polite. If this
guy thinks he has something worth saying, he should go to a little effort to
make what he says worth reading. This means quoting appropriate passages to
establish context, and adding appropriate text to convey what he wants to
add. No one wants to read through a whole reply then skip down to the entire
article being followed up. Especially when the signature in between is half a
screenful. Even if he is saying some interesting or important no one is going
to read it because of the way it is structured.
