For 3.0 you need SuperPatch from Quality computers ($39 at the time if
I remember correctly). I'd skip that in a heartbeat and call Quality
and tell them you want to upgrade to 4.0.x for $80. In 4.0 the
SuperPatch stuff is built in using a supplied TO utility. Be sure you
get 4.0.2 or later. There was a one byte bug associated with the 4.0.1
version.

If down is 0, reading left to right: 1st 00000001 2nd 10001000
