SynthLAB and Pitch Bend

I see that the MIDISynth toolset offers pitch bend, but it is recommended
that it not be active since it takes up more processor time.

Does SynthLAB offer pitch bend?

If so, I'm using MasterTracks pro to do some sequencing, and I want to
convert my sequence to SL format -- can I use the "Pitch Bend" window
(and controller) to convert to the SL pitch bend?  I'm using MusiX and
MidiMate as my conversion programs.. anyone know if these programs do
in fact convert pitch bend to SL, or of any programs that do convert?
