Much depends on the data. If the 5.25" disks are ProDOS, the first thing you
might want to do is transfer the files to ProDOS 3.5" 800k disks. You can
use Apple File Exchange (it may not have been installed on your Mac's hard
drive by Apple, but it should be on the System 7 CD-ROM) to move the files
from the ProDOS 3.5" disk to your Mac.
Other alternatives include using a null modem cable to link the two computers
and terminal software to exchange files, or using the //e to upload the files
to a BBS, and downloading the files from the BBS to your Mac.
