Yes, it is still in the pipeline. Usually stalled, but in the pipeline.

a) will be true of the P8 version when I get the 6502 translation done.
b) is true not because of compression, but better encoding (4 bytes into
5 characters instead of 3 into 4). 20% overhead instead of 33%.
