    Gawd, it's bad enough that I accidentally posted another test
message to cba2, but for someone to follow-up on it while quoting the
entire Binscii segment?  Sheesh....

(BTW, I've removed the offending switch that was causing those test
 postings to go to cba2 instead of a local test group.)
