I haven't owned an Apple-Cat modem for over 5 years now, but I hung onto
this information.
The manufacturer of the chip is
Silicon Systems

The chip that you want is part number: SSI 75T201 - Integrated DTMF
Receiver.
Make sure that you get the 22pin DIP.
The address, etc... above might be out of date, but you should be able to
locate them, or someone that sells the chip.
