Since every single time I ever post a message on c.s.a2 that mentions
Shareware Solutions II, I get email or a follow up posting that says that's
not allowed on the Internet...what would it take for me to start a
comp.sys.apple2.SSII or alt.SSII newsgroup?

After all, there is a c.s.a2.gno newsgroup, and gno is a commercial product.
Why not a c.s.a2.SSII group as well?

What *exactly* is the procedure?
