I know that the LaserWriter driver of System 6.0 was not PS Level 2 compatible,
but the release notes for 6.0.1 said they fixed that (for the LaserWriter IIf
and similar Apple printers).

Is there any kind of color in the document? That was the problem with the
6.0 driver, even if you print it in B & W.
