It appears that the aplp9401.bxy archive contains a good copy of the
A2 Programmer's GEnie Lamp, but that almp9410.bxy contains the same
information with the carriate-returns removed! The full directory
listing is:

 -r--r--r--   1 0        1          65536 Jan 01 17:06 almp9410.bxy

(And shouldn't that be almp9401.bxy?)
