Hard Drive Problem - HELP!

Ok I have a RamFAST SCSI card v2.01 (yes I know.....old roms) but
anyways, hooked up to it I have a Jasmine 80 meg drive that used to work
perfectly fine.
Then One day I turned the power off to the GS and the drive, and all of
a sudden It no longer showed up. As a Matter of fact according to the
RAMFAST its not even hooked up.  It doesnt show up as an online device. 
I have tried hooking the drive up to other SCSI cards, and the same
thing happens - nothing seems to recognize it.  The Hard Drive itself
seems to sound perfectly fine, it powers up fine, does it spinning thing
fine, etc nothing seems to be wrong with it, yest no SCSI card in the
world recognizes it anymore.  I have tried different SCSI cables, and I
even changed the cable (molex 50 pin to SCSI terminals) and still the
same thing.  Does anyone have the faintest idea on what could be wrong
with the damn thing.  I'd love to be able to get it back on-line.
