My Mail List -> AW 4.0 DB?

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to convert the data from the My
Mail List program to AW 4.01 format?  I have a large mailing list that I'd li
to transfer, but I can't seem to do it.  The disks are all Pascal format,
but I've had no luck moving it to ProDOS, and it's been a while so I don't rem
remember if it is even in a file or just stored on the disk in a special
format!
any help is appreciated!
