Patching Appleworks for a ][+

I recall a discussion about patching older versions of Appleworks (1.3, 2.x,
possibly even 3.0) to work on an Apple ][+.  There was mention of a utility
called PlusWorks that would do this.

I looked in the appleworks directory of the archive but didn't see anything
that might qualify, so now I turn to the net and ask (politely, of course)...

Where might I find this PlusWorks or a utility like it?  Is this freeware,
shareware, commercial?
