I remember reading here not so long ago someone's very lucid
post about how to troubleshoot an Apple ][. Little did I know
I would soon be needing that info! I wonder whether the poster
would repost, or whether there is an archive of the old posts...
I remember it was quite methodical, like first take out the cards,
see whether you get a beep on power-up, etc.
I've got an Apple ][+ with no cards in it, it beeps on power-up,
and the drive starts turning (the head goes whirrrrr) but the
head never starts to move around like it's loading anything and
the screen shows a bunch of flashing 'L's and '='s !
I put in fresh RAM and a new 6502 but no help!!!!
So help!!!!!
Sorry if it's a VERY faq. By the way, is there someplace I can
get the faq from?
Sorry to be a pest...
Thanks in advance,
