HARD DISK HELP NEEDED !!!!! HELP !!!!!

Hello there!
 
I managed to buy an Apple //e with a hard disk (10MB) with tape
back-up. The question is about the hard disk (=ICE combination):
 
- Is it possible to re-format it (it's now pascal or whatever) to
ProDos?
- What kind of tapes is used in the tape back-up?
- Has ANYBODY heard about ICE inc. ? Or it's products ?
 
So please, if you know something about my hard disk/tape back-up, let
me know. And if possible, email the answers.
