But the Internet services on Delphi cost money to use. With Portal it's
free. If you use Portal Pursuit (which I do) it's $30.00 for 30 hours and
$1.75 if you use up your time. I tried Delphi and Portal and just found
Portal to be more useful and a better value for me.
