Apple II cards (was Re: Super Serial Card)

How about we all create a list of the cards we each have and build a database
so that anyone can use it to identify a strange card? We should include
dip switch and jumper settings so that when people have cards without docs
they can still be used. The sort of info would be card name, manufacturer name,
part number, function, identifying features etc.

Any comments on this idea?
