//c 3.5" Disk, ARRGH!

Please help me!

Recently, my //c stopped recognizing the 3.5" Apple drives.  The
5.25" internal AND external drives work fine.  It's just that all 3.5"
disk operations cannot be done.  No programs will recognize them
either!

I tied cleaning the pins, and I know both 3.5" are good.  Why can't my
machine use them any longer?  I've tried just about everything.

BTW- It *IS* an enhanced //c.  Everything else works just fine.
