it IS free - *IF* your local Mac dealer has a copy.  You can get a copy
for a minimal copyign fee.  You can download it from most any online
service (I KNOW GEnei and Delphi carry it)   a Local User Group should
have a copy too. 
   If your Mac dealer tries to charge you for the copy (other than the
small copying fee) tell him to get real and call Apple - the 'ware it
self
 is free
