Yes. There are several free ones available over internet. Check archie
for a2 or apl2, and ftp accordingly. (Most of the free ones don't come
with the ROM code; you have to get that from your own apple II or
from a friend with the ROM code or [is this true or just rumour?] from
ftp.apple.com. At least one of the emulators is for an IBM/VGA system;
and at least one is for generic UNIX/X-windows.
