more stable? a in "hasn't been updated beyond a bug fix in years"
quicker? Not on my system (ROM 1 with 8MHZ Zip) ANSITERM loads faster
and downloads faster.
dirtier.. well, I hate to stick up for a second choice program, but I
don't think dirtier is justified. PT 3.0 is a very clean bit of
programming (er... 3.1)

I have both also... and MUCH prefer ANSIterm. The macro language is now
(v2.1) more robust than that of ProTERM, the editor is HUGE (which I
use). I have legit use for the ANSI graphics (local boards) . The
only thing I miss is mouse support in the editor.
