Strange, I don't understand your attitude. I followup to a post about
implementing a Memory Management Unit in software, with my own suggestion
that time would be better spent on redesigning the 6502 itself. Acronyms
are handy (AAH). Give me a break. I actually do have the hardware design
language code for a clone of the 8085 processor, I was just looking at the
code before I read comp.sys.cbm. I did not write it. I am using it in part of
my work for my degree. If the topic means anything to someone, so be it.
If it is meaningless to you, then why do you care? There was a day when I
didn't know how a memory management unit worked. People should not feel
obligated regress to the lowest common denominator (LCD) and write some kind
of universally acceptable message. Note I am not calling anyone personally an
LCD. Instead, with respect to my background knowledge there is always
something I don't know about yet, no problem. For example, someday I may have
the motivation write my own demo on the c64 (and it would probably suck), but
all the while I would never say that demo coders show off their knowledge for
the sake of showing off.
This brings me to your 'flaming error'; assuming you know my intentions for posting.
The great thing about the group is that you can communicate with people on any
level. What if you went into comp.sys.windoze and said to everyone, "you post
messages to show off your knowledge!", they'd add your name to their kill file
and forget about you.

Sorry to be so wordy, but I wanted no confusion!
