In a word, ABSOLUTELY!  Run a cable from the VIDEO OUT (NOT the RF out) of the 
//c to the Video IN of the VCR.  Apple's composite video is doggone close to 
standard NTSC (unlike Macintosh, PC, Lisa, etc, etc, etc.); close enough that 
your VCR should be able to lock on to it.  Barring that, run a cable from the 
RF modulator (I believe that was an included add-on) to the ANT.IN of the VCR, 
and set the VCR to the proper channel (03 or 04).

(you may need to throw a "TUNER/LINE" switch on the VCR)
